General Provisions:
  1. Platforma2B is a place that provides accommodation services.

  2. These internal regulations (hereinafter referred to as the regulations) determine the duties and rights of guests using the services of Platforma2B and the guest service procedures.

  3. These regulations are mandatory for all hotel guests.

  4. Every guest must comply with the requirements set forth in these regulations.

  5. By booking a room, each guest confirms that they are familiar with these regulations and have informed their accompanying persons about them, and undertakes to unconditionally comply with them and ensure that their accompanying persons also comply with them.

  6. The person who made the reservation is responsible for any consequences arising from ignorance or non-compliance with these regulations.

  7. Services are not provided to persons who do not agree to comply with the regulations.

  8. For security purposes, the common areas and spaces are monitored by video cameras.

  9. Guests must compensate for any damage caused to Platforma2B property and third parties in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Reservation Rules:
  1. Initial room reservation (request) can be made using the reservation system (Booking.com or AirBNB), by phone, or by email.

  2. For reservations made using the reservation system, the rules can be found here: Booking.com reservation rules.

  3. When booking a room by email or phone, the guest must specify the number of guests arriving, the desired room type, arrival and departure dates, the method of payment for the services provided, and any other preferences.

  4. After receiving the reservation for the services provided, Platforma2B sends the guest detailed information by email.

  5. Upon receiving the guest's payment for the invoice for the reserved room, Platforma2B confirms the reservation by email. A reservation that is paid is considered guaranteed. In exceptional cases determined by Platforma2B, partially paid reservations are also considered guaranteed.

  6. A reservation for services can be guaranteed by prepayment or by verbal or written contract with Platforma2B.

  7. A non-guaranteed reservation is a room reservation that is not paid for. Non-guaranteed room reservations are also the reservations that miss the payment deadline agreed upon making the reservation. After this deadline, Platforma2B has the right to cancel the guest's non-guaranteed reservation.

  8. A verbal agreement between the parties takes effect only when confirmed in writing (e.g., by email).

Reservation Cancellation Policy:
  1. If the reservation is canceled less than 3 days before the scheduled arrival, the entire amount of the prepayment is non refundable.

Administration Work:
  1. The Platforma2B administration has the right to decide to accommodate or relocate the guest(s) to another room (with the same or better conditions).

  2. The administration has the right to unilaterally decide to evict guests without prior notice if there is a threat to other residents.

  3. The procedure for storing guests' belongings is regulated by Article 6.865 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

  4. The administration, upon finding left items, returns them to the owners if possible. If the owner is not found, forgotten items are realised in the prescribed manner after 2 months.

  5. Platforma2B is not responsible for valuables left unsecured or lost and/or damaged in the room or common areas.

  6. For security purposes, the administration has the right to enter the rooms occupied by guests. If necessary, emergency services are called.

  7. The administrator is prohibited from providing any information about guests to third parties without the guest's consent.

  8. If a guest requests a spare entry code, the Platforma2B administrator must identify them.

  9. It is forbidden to leave minors unattended in Platforma2B rooms and common areas.

Force Majeure:
  1. The liability of the parties for the non-fulfillment of the contract for services provided by Platforma2B in the event of force majeure is regulated by Article 6.212 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

Check-in and Check-out Time:
  1. Guests of Platforma2B can self check-in from 2:00 PM on the day specified in the reservation (or at a pre-agreed time).

  2. On the day of departure, guests must check out of Platforma2B by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is possible only by prior arrangement with the administration and must be confirmed at least 24 hours before departure.

  3. If a guest, without prior arrangement for late check-out, checks out no later than 6:00 PM, the guest must pay 50% of the total accommodation service fee for one night; if the guest checks out of Platforma2B after 6:00 PM, the guest must pay 100% of the total accommodation service fee for one night.

  4. If a guest does not vacate the room by the agreed check-out time and cannot be contacted, or if a guest deliberately does not pay for the services provided and does not vacate the room at the administration's request, the administration reserves the right to move the items in the room to other secure areas within the hotel.

  5. The room can accommodate as many people as indicated at the time of reservation. Any changes must be communicated to Platforma2B. An additional fee is charged for each additional guest.

  6. Bringing outside persons into the Platforma2B room is only allowed after notifying the administration.

  7. Guests not listed in the reservation must leave by 10:00 PM.

  8. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Prohibitions:
  1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and common areas throughout the building. Fine of 100Eur is charged upon breaking this rule to the person who made the reservation .

Complaint Procedure:
  1. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, they are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

  2. You can submit a request/complaint regarding the purchased service directly to the seller by email at platforma2b@gmail.com within three months from the date of service provision. Your complaint will be reviewed within 14 calendar days, and a detailed reasoned written response based on documents will be provided to you using the contact details provided.

Other Conditions:
  1. Platforma2B reserves the right to refuse entry to undesirable persons based on the internal rules of the guest house.
